SET_DSCRAMBLE

L5710 Tester - 指令 - SET_DSCRAMBLE

The SET_DSCRAMBLE instruction set the DATA to use the specified scramble file which defines the data pattern with the operation of address.

*Syntax :

SET_DSCRAMBLE( Dscramble_Name)

*Arguments :

Dscramble_Name： any data scramble name which had been defined by the user in the test program. the data scramble is defined in the system by system mode.

*Comment:

When data is the function of address, the user can use the data scramble to send data according to the function of the address.

*Example :

SET_DSCRAMBLE(DS1);

→use DS1 data scramble

BURST_PATTEN(Data_Scramble);
