SET_BURST_FLAG

L5710 Tester - 指令 - SET_BURST_FLAG

The SET BURST_FLAG instruction is used to set the BURST_PATTERN condition..

*Syntax :

SET_BURST_FLAG( Parallel_Burst_Flag, AC_Ignore_Flag)

*Arguments :

Parallel_Burst_Flag：

"ON" parallel burst pattern simultaneously when more than one dut is selected.

"OFF" burst pattern one dut by one dut in spite of one or more dut is selected.

AC_Ignore_Flag：

"ON" the burst pattern doesn't terminate when encountering a fail and doesn't care about the fail.

"OFF" burst pattern terminates when encountering a fail and judge to fail.

*Comment:

L5710 provides a single, dual, four duts test. When selecting more than one dut test, the user can choose parallel burst or not. But when using MATCH/ SUB MATCH microinstruction, the user must set Parallel_Burst_Flag to OFF. If the user wants to debug a pattern, AC_Ignore_Flag is always set to ON. In a go-no-go test, AC_Ignore_Flag is set to OFF.
