在Disney+出現以上訊息，其原因為「連接問題」。

會出現這個問題，是Disney+內部伺服器(Server)有問題，導致用戶端、也就是使用者無法正常連接到自己的帳戶。

因為是Disney+內部的問題，所以用戶端幾乎沒有什麼事情可以做。

但用戶端或使用者還是可以嘗試以下動作

① 重置數據機、手機熱點。

② 等待一段時間後，再重新連結看看。
