The term indicates that the DUT is in a non-active condition, no input or output signals are changing.

 

■「Static」 是什麼意思？

① 該術語表示 DUT 處於非活動狀態，沒有輸入或輸出信號發生變化。

② 在半導體測試裡，即是所有的輸入腳，從開始供應邏輯準位電壓，到量測結束的這段過程中，輸入腳的邏輯準位電壓都不會被改變。
