CMA3650 CMA3380P ADDA Spec and ADC knowledge

1. CMA3650 Tester ADC

(1) 3650MRX是audio solution.

WG spec: 24bit/204.8Ksps

WD: 24bit/204.8Ksps

(2) 3650 ADDA

WG spec: 16bit/500Ksps

WD: 16bit/500Ksps

2. CMA3380P Tester ADC

(1) 3380 AWI2

WG spec: 24bit/384Ksps, 20bit/1Msps

WD spec: 24bit/2.5Msps, 16bit/5Msps, 12bit/20Msps

3. Frequency Spec

3380P Frequency spec是7~15ppm

3650 Frequency spec 可滿足5ppm

4. Other 

The answer below is providing by NI's salse Zac ( Zac.chen@ni.com).

If 5M s/s is less than 14 bits, we could use the AWG series device. Such as PXIe-5413 which resolution is 16 bits.

If large than 14 bits and SMU series device could use for the voltage source. Such as PXIe-4139 which resolution is 24 bits.
