SC312 Tester - 測試程式副檔名代表意義說明
●SC312副檔名代表的意義
Ⓐ bdf ：bin difinition file. 分Bin表。
Ⓑ dif ：device information fine. Device pin/Tester channel. 即測試硬體的資源分配表。
Ⓒ enf：environment file. 環境設定檔。Vecotr 每個字元的動作、代表的意義設定在此檔案
Ⓓ tpf：test program file. 測試項目寫在此檔。
Ⓔ prf：project file. 此測試程式用到的所有檔案，設定在此。
Ⓕ avf：ascii vector file. 一般的pattern檔案
Ⓖ bvf：binary vector file. 二進制的Pattern檔案。
