當在使用Disney+時，若出現以下訊息時，要如何處理？

Sorry, we could not connect you to Disney+ using the passcode you supplied. Please re-enter your passcode and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help  (Error Code 21).

⬛ 回答：

在Disney+出現以上訊息，其原因為「密碼不正確或已過期」。

此時可以從登錄的畫面再次重置密碼以接收新密碼。 此時，系統會重新寄一封郵件到帳戶信箱，我們即可使用此郵件來重新設定新的密碼。

但如果超過15分鐘還未完成密碼重置的設定，則要在重新要求一個新的代碼。 也就是以上步驟要在15分鐘內完成。
